Buffed Mining Drone +10 times longer!

The mining Drone you can buy with1 peacekeeper Token is pretty sweet but it only mines for about 5 seconds before exploding.

This mod makes it last about 10 times longer mining a slightly larger hole.
now they're more useful for tunneling down into a planet faster to get ores or those pesky criminals. FBI OPEN UP!!!

Also took the liberty to add a really annoying sfx of a chain revving up with its pitch getting higher and higher with a tts voice telling you its started, has reached 50% its life then wishing you well before exploding.

Only one i encountered for a second or two was when i tried to make it mine a protected tile like a hide out or space ship you know like the outpost.
it tried its darnest to mine it but to no luck it created a billion zillion particles and the game went slightly slower. if you hit something like that teleport away, run away or embrace the bad fps for a few seconds.
