Flame Cannon Gyrocopters

Description
Adds a new gyrocopter unit for the Dwarves and the Empire outfitted with Flame Cannons.

Change log:

- Added the flame cannon gyrocopter to the empire roster

Updated for latest DLCs. It should no longer cause issues with:
- Archers and Huntsman animations
- Hellstorm rocket battery recruitment

Empire gyrocopters should now be fixed, apologies for the delay.

Good mod, but the Flame Cannon Gyrocopters only work for the dwarfs, but not for the Empire. I just started a new campaign, using the very good Kaedrins Mod Manager. The problem for Empire Copters is that they don't move, in contrast to the dwarven ones. Could you please check that and fix the problem. Thanks a lot in advance.:steamhappy:
