Late War Factory Oxide Skinpack

In late 1944, German factories were issued a new set of directives, meant to increase tank production. Previous orders for Dunkelgelb tanks, or tanks with the Hinterhalt-Tarnung/Ambush patterns, were deemed to take longer than necessary, and require premium paints that were in short supply.

Panzers were, so the new order went, to be painted with a base coat of 'Red Oxide' paint, a primer used to help prevent against rust, used before other paints were applied, with a smattering of Dunkelgelb applied in camouflage lines across the vehicle, sprayed on at the factory level.

Though the orders were quickly changed back in 1945, one could imagine a factory continuing to produce tanks in such a fashion due to abysmal logistics and a dearth of paints on hand. This camouflage pattern, inspired by real life camos, Relic's own pattern, and CoH 1 skins, attempts to mimic this look.
