Shimonoseki, Japan - Required Assets
21 items
Description
Map inspired by Shimonoseki, Japan (and parts of Kitakyushu).

- Highly recommend 81 or 25 Tiles mods. Not because this map particularly needs them, but being limited to 9 tiles is a tragedy!

- Traffic Manager: Presidential Edition is also recommended, due to using an avenue as the starting tile connection.

Required assets are in This Collection

Differences:
- The rail/highways are not necessarily accurate to the real location
- The mountains have been altered a bit to be more friendly to building
- The coastline has been smoothed out to be more natural rather than the built out harbors. (However, what appears to be a man-made canal on the west side of the starting tile has been left).
- The trees are definitely not accurate to Japan. They are from this map's original purpose, which was a community build (we carried the trees over from the previous community build map).

Don't forget to rate if you enjoy! :)

@andysec18 This was made for a community build in Czardus' discord server, and we carried over the tree list from the previous community build which was on an Australian map. Definitely not meant to be an accurate representation of Japan, this map was dictated by its intended use for that community build.

Maybe I'll re-make it much better in the future! :)

Why is one of the required assets for a map based in Japan the Tasmanian Blue Gum?

Updated with required DLC. I'd forgotten I had used highways from Mass Transit.

nice! If you add your map to this collection - then the collection will show up HERE on this map page too - so your visitors will see your collection.
Steam users are a bit lazy. ;-)
