Hey, Do i need to install drivers on Windows 10?

dude i dont understand this wheel. i cant use the r2 and l2 buttons becouse the those buttons are the same as the padels, if i press the right pedal to bind it to accelaration it thinks i am pressing r2. i cant find any hori apex drivers that might help, the only thing that i found from hori was firmwere but i cant install that couse it says my file version is older than my device version. enyone that can help

Hi, I own a Hori Apex Racing Wheel Rwa steering wheel (PS4, PS3, PC) and I am trying to play F1 2019 with him on my computer. When I set it up in-game it is recognized as an xbox 360 control, not letting me put the steering wheel's maximum degrees. So if I am at high speed I turn half the wheel and in the game turn just a little (because it looks like an xbox control) would anyone know how to make the game recognize it as a steering wheel?

This stupid wheel ( i own the same) has duplicated buttons it comes like this from the factory so annoying
