Retextures a radio message, with opening and closing animations
Gif runs in 25 fps, so i made a video in 60 fps and you can watch all details of animation

Red color
Orange color

i'm not sure
you can simply patch config to shift hue/brightness/saturation (or everything)
but i don't know how to change config in game
at least i can write c# program, in which anyone can change appearance easily, but it's not in game
