Torpedo Launch Sat

Description
Station that serves as a launch platform for torpedos.

Has three small torpedos with welders to rapidly replace them after launch.

Implements my torpedo guidance launch script and a laser antenna so that it can serve as launch station for my remote intergrid launch script, script is here :
