Description
Altering History Fix is a fix that will hopefully resolve the phantom building issues that people have been experiencing.

This fix was mainly provided to those who used my Altering History Mod to change Historical Status on building, and found that those building once deleted, didn't actually subtract from the building limit.

This MAY fix other phantom building issues, but I highly doubt it unfortunately
