Buffs on all relevant stats from low to high + Grenades + Healkits
Because soldiers have more than ONE pocket

All relevant information you find on the Picture.
Well maybe one hint, you can sell these runes too !

Finally a nice way to cheat with the possibility to remove all benefits and have a more or less vaanilla game after use. (Unwear and scrap all runes)
And different to cheat guns, besides the "Usable" slot all game mechanics work normally. Means you are still happy to find a new armor or gun

i love these kind of mods because i can choose to use them or only to use them on one person or just my workers well that kind of gist

Seriously OP'ed. But you still have the option of not using the runes. Nice mod.
