IMPORTANT: The " City update " in June 2021 completely changed the principles of the city's behaviour. The house tokens were meant to keep the game balanced and now they don't serve the purpose for which I designed them, because the city automatically builds replacements for demolished houses. It is now possible to get house tokens and still have the same number of houses. I'm going to redesign the MOD to make its behavior more in line with the current state of the game.

Usable from 2nd era due to iron tokens cost. Adds several city buildings and one new "building" token.

+ Two residential buildings: apartment building and hotel.
+ Small post office (generates about 1/3 of the mails produced by large vanilla post office)


Independent buildings and post office cost money, iron tokens and building tokens.
You can acquire building tokens by selling (bulldozing) any sellable building in any city
Delivered mail contributes to city growth

To delete the buildings - you can use bulldozer for the residential ones, but if you need to delete the post office, you must build the road over it. Bulldozer doesn't work. In any case, it will cost you money, but you'll get your building tokens back...

UPDATE 202 DECEMBER: The townhall upgrades were temporarily disabled, but you can still freely use the self standing apartment building, hotel and post office.
