ShiaNox Virtual Shooting

Description
Adds a vitual shooting range which can be placed and used inside.

A simple 1x2 (+1) virtual shooting range for your training room.
Should unlock the same time the vanilla one unlocks.

Known bugs:
- animations are sometimes not synched (related to unity... I can't do anything here)
- no sounds... not planning to use any (may be added later)
