Adds 15 skillbooks for polymorph in a chest at the start of fort joy

Level 1:
Drink - Gain Resistances and become drunk
Stumble - Trip forward with a chance to knock down your enemies and yourself
Volatile Retch - Spew poison onto your enemies that infects them
Throw Mug - Throw a mug that makes an enemy drunk

Level 5:
Sucker Punch - Challenge an enemy with a final blow
Fire show - Slow and burn enemies in front of you
Drinks All Around - Grant allies benefits towards there armour and resistances

Level 9:
Bar Fight - Make all enemies mad and give them critical strike
Story Time - create a bless cloud in front of you and put enemies to sleep
Flying Kick - fly to an enemy with a chance to Daze, Shock, Cripple and knocked down
Sicken - apply sick to an enemy that spreads quickly

Level 13:
Dodge Stance - Increase your chance to dodge enemy attacks

Level 16:
Beer Barrel - Throw a barrel at your enemies making them drunk and dazed
Storm Earth Fire - Unleash an elemental barrage in a giant radius in front of you
Sweeping Kicks - Provide an aura that applies ruptured tendons and bleeding
