I've not been quite this happy with any superstructure I've made before this. I went for mild aesthetics without sacrificing too much function.

- - - Mildly updated for 2020 version - - -

I replaced the old shields with ring shields and removed the old pointless LAMS, with minor smoke canister defense still scattered around the hull. Numerous dual autocannon batteries act as rudimentary AA hardpoints. The small AA missile battery behind the bridge looks cool I guess, but it won't stop a big missile swarm.
15 m/s in normal sea states with active stabilization to prevent unfortunate capsizing. I also finally covered the props on the bottom using the 3x3 vents.

main battery includes
8x 500mm APS cannons in 4 twin turrets, two superfiring fore and aft
4x large size missiles, explosive warheads
8x 130mm casemated cannons, 4 port / 4 starboard (replacing the torpedo tubes in pics, which are outdated now!!)

secondary battery includes
3x AA aps, single mount fore / twin mount aft
8x small size bow-mounted torpedoes, forward firing, explosive warhead
6x medium vertical launch missiles, frag and EMP warheads

I hadn't planned on uploading this, but I like the way it turned out (looks-wise). I know the armor scheme is lacking in a few places, the gun tetris is probably slapdash, yada yada... I'm not really about all that. It kills a lot of stuff in the campaign, which is all I ever play. =]
