Description
The game has a hard cap that limits to what you can increase your max level of your leaders with technologies or ascention perks. This is at 10 at default. I set it to 999. I also added icons for the levels 11-15 (more might follow). Also adds a repeatable technology to increase your max leader level and the xp gain of leaders.

As far as i know, that should be possible and not to hard to implement. I'll look into it.

Can you make a repeatable tech for increasing max lvl for leaders pls? or make another mod for it?
