But, in case you are not known with server management. You would need to extract the addon (.gma file) using gmad. There are a lot of tutorials how to extract addons.
After that you can put those files in a folder with your addons and change the configurations as you want (Last image of the addon in the workshop).
But... if this is not something you 100% need or you have no patience, I wouldn't spend much time. Or maybe you want to explore and give it a try, its up to you. All my other addons have and will always have an easier configuration, but this addon was made to be like this.
Go to your addons folder and: prop_description > lua > autorun > propdescription_config.lua
Open the file and change the line 26 to: PropDescription.validClasses = {"prop_*", "npc_*"}
That means you can use it on any entity that starts with the name "prop_" and "npc_". I could update the addon to make it so you could change the settings ingame, but this addon is an old version.
