Adds 2 new keypad items.

One is a keypad that looks like the keypad from the Outpost except it's functional, and the other one is a keypad that's 1 block in size.

Craft them at the Wiring Station or spawn them in suing admin commands (see below). Also adds the bounty hunting keypad as a craftable item at the Wiring Station.

I wish it had a button mode, not toggle.

Potentially causes issues with default recipe unlocks when FU is installed.

Use the "create a book" mod and put your passwords in that, or have a note-pad open for them.

You should add a button keypad, so it doesn't stay on. Keep up the good work
