Description
I'm back with another build of this type. I wanted to improve my previous build the Valor Mk2, so I took the hull and made it bigger :)

The Neptune Starliner is a level 25, size class 12 passenger ship mainly for RP.

Love how the ship looks very high tech, thanks to the glowing parts.
