RPGTard CUP

Description
A version of RPGTard for CUP Launchers (Specifically the RPG-7) released per special request. This version should be a little bit more stable than previous versions for other weapon sets.

Affected ammo types: for the RPG-7:

@Wookiejedi: I've updated the addon so the RPG-7s are much less accurate

Its not just CUP. I find the its the same for vanilla and RHS. As far as i know the RPG-7 is a pretty inaccurate weapon. Still-great mod. I actually just got killed in game by an ai RPG :D

Wookiejedi: I can probably look into that tonight. It sounds like the base accuracy of the CUP RPG-7 is too high. Thanks for the feedback!

RPGTard is awesome. Really great. Is it possible to make the ai a little less accurate though? They are like RPG snipers :D
