Power-hugary Woman (a female career mod)

Description
This mod changes women career for factions that use female general.

All women from these factions will now gain promotion trait like others in "civilized" faction.

The mod is save game compatible.

I recommend to use it with Female Generals: 0% Spawn Rate and No Female Generals for better experience.

awesome mod mate, can you include the civilized women feature that they are not be able to be generals and have trait which gives them gravitas and farming bonuses like greeks have
