Yep, can confirm it worked! I see the issue was that Advanced Tactics promotion wasn't given out.

Great to see it was fixed so fast! Great work!

OK, found the issue. The Tactics Room special promotions should be working now.

I also disabled all other mods (you never know when mods can conflict each other) and did another run with Great Emperor Kanbei and still no unique promotions for land and naval units with Tactics Room.

Yes, no unique promotions.

Though I'll say the B Copters were quite fun to use at least.

As in, you've built the Tactics Room but the special promotions don't appear when the unit levels up?

Sorry for the late response., but thank you for making advance wars CO's into a civilization game. I love how the music is put into the game. It brings back old memories. Thank you!
