Anti-Grief Badge

Description
You are playing online and someone interrupts you with attacks or hat abilities? These times are over now. While equipped, this badge grants the following effects:

- Blocks and ignores Umbrella attacks.
- Blocks and ignores Brewing Hat explosion attacks.
- Blocks and ignores Ice Hat earthquakes.
- For Online Party Plus! user: Prevents other players from carrying you around.

Special feature: Anywhere mode!
Anywhere mode lets you use the Anti-Grief Badge effects
without using a badge slot. You can enable this feature in the config menu.

@SamiSha Seeing as the author has been MIA for years. I think at this point is best to make an Anti-Anti-Grief Badge that counters the effects of this badge so that only people with this badge on can't attack you.

Hello, can you please add a very simple iteration when the anti grief is active? This will be helpful to bring a balance to Anti-Grief badge being fair for all players, if people want to have it equipped, then they cannot hit others.

Add this in the update function:

local Hat_GhostPartyPlayer ghost;

foreach DynamicActors(Class'Hat_GhostPartyPlayer', ghost) { ghost.bCanBeDamaged = false; }

And when this gets disabled set all ghost to "bCanBeDamaged" back to true, thus fixing the issue.

The author calls it the "Anti-Grief Badge", but I only ever see griefers using it because they can abuse what's essentially 'god-mode' with it.

Mind making it so that having the badge equipped stops you from being able to attack anyone else? I've seen people just equip this badge and abuse the crap out of it
