Key Lime Key - Builder Map+

My first attempt at a published map for CSL, please leave constructive feedback :)

This is a builder style map so the playable tile area is 90% flat with the exception of one tile that i elevated for aesthetics. I did what I think is a good job at making it a lively area, so it doesn't appear as "oh joy another flat map", so I'm calling it a Builder Map+.

Time Spent, about 20 hours.

V1.2 Notes:
Landscape changes, notably the playable tiles have more flat area to build on.
Made highway tails in starting tile square to the border within ~0.03 degrees

V1.1 Notes:
Removed roundabout in starting tile.
Made highway tails in starting tile square to the border within ~0.1 degrees
Removed leftover underground water piping.
