Description

Adds nation restricted equipement to every nation + kamikaze strikes.

- Ohka
- Bicycle
- Torpedo Cruiser (Man the Guns only)
- Submarine Cruiser
- Kamikaze strikes

You can unlock them in the decision tab.
The ai will not activate the decisions.

*** NOT ironman compatible ***

What's interesting is that the technology represented by the special item is already unlocked in the game, so your resolution to unlock it is not valid, you need to use the resolution to complete the special item directly.

not sure it's possible, I've myself tried adding hidden hulls and only torpedo cruiser worked, no cruiser sub, no panzershiff etc.
