Inverted Colours: AKA Ottomans True Third Rome

It had to be done people, no use getting salty over it... What I will say though is kudos to the original EU4/EU3 dev team for making the Ottomans and Byzantium basically mirrored colour palettes of each-other, that made my day to discover!

- So I made this to be compatible with Beyond Typus and Vanilla, but most other country-adding mods will (probably) work, it just depends on if they were stooges enough to change existing countries or not. It just means that new countries won't be colour-palette inverted(1 like = 1 tear)
- That means that this is theoretically compatible with all other mods, including my own if you want to check them out, links in the bottom of the description
- The only mod(s) I could see having compatibility issues are those which add new unit models to specific countries, but all that means is depending on the load order, those countries may or may not be colour inverted

- I keep mentioning him, but he does deserve it, so here's to Alexandmeow for his base program I've been building from to allow for the mass modification of text and make such beautiful mods as anyone has ever seen!
- Byzantine Resurgence's Dub for giving this mod it's alias after being so mesmerised and horrified that the Ottomans are secretly Byzantium but inverted

- Since this mod iiiiiis completely compatible with any mod that doesn't change the country roster or add flavour units, I'd say it's fair for me to shamelessly advertise the rest of my mind-altering mods for those with determination and chronic-sadism to test their disposition towards them!
