I have taken the Liberty of repairing this mod.

All credit goes to SEKTAN ( Respect !!! ) for his great work over the years.

Many character weapons mods broke when KEEN "released" SE. They broke due to the new "tool" category names no longer being just "tools" but split in ot BASIC and ELITE categories and also a subtypeid change. It all had to do with the new progression system and multiple assemblers being added.

Whats been fixed......

- craftable in Assembler again ( can not make them in the basic assembler )
- fine tuned rates of fire
- corrected link to audio file, it was calling the default rifle audio and not its own audio files
- subbed in a cooler audio file for space marine rifles :)
- only one ammo type in the mod now vs 2 ( it was confusing and type swapped )

I will remove this mod once Sektan repairs the original.
