Needs stats rebalance

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Hatch closes only visially with landing gear, so it doesnt cover
I recommend welding object that is placed inside helicopter

Issues:
-Heli stucks it angle when physgun holding, I think because model sizes

у вертолета нет звука

Есть одна проблема которую я заметил, отсутствие звука мотора вертолета (возможно это у меня что-то не установленное дополнительное).
