Spawn Wormhole

Description
Allow you to spawn wormhole pairs safely.

You need to select a planet (including the solar) and invoke `event spawn_wormhole.1' from console, and invoke `event spawn_wormhole.2' in the target system.

New events are created, so Achievement INCOMPATIBLE. It should be save game compatible.

can confirm, ol' reliable still works; despite how much the launcher may whine

still works great. just used it to spawn a wormhole as a last resort to preserve my play through from the unbidden

Works perfectly 6/24/22, don't forget to select star before entering command.
