This mod is rather small compared to my other mods (RLS, ALS, SLE), as the governor can't do anything without planet modifiers.

What does it do?
  • Every Governor has a new skill system - Governor Direction.

  • Governor Direction represents your Governor's prefer - Providing jobs and boost the related job efficiency.
    When Governor reaches skill level 4, 7, and 10, their Direction levels up - further increase the efficiency of it.

Hello, there is no description for "gle_trait_pearl" in eng loc sync I guess. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/bGft41s.jpeg

I'm using "Merged Leader Levels" but I guess this is related to this one mod

There seems to be references to the old leader classes in
gle_events.txt

Really not a fan of the new sector governor idea. Not the best decision from paradox IMHO.
And it seriously nerfed this mod too (one of my favourites). Hope you can find a way to make the modifiers from the mod count for all sector planets again.
