Conductive Tin

Description
While hardly the most conductive of materials available, tin has proved to be rather versatile in its use as an electrical conduit. On its own, it's nearly twice as conductive as lead and not much worse than iron. As such, it has proven to be a very cost effective conductor in the electrician's toolbox. One improvement made upon tin wire was the binding of vitae and mors to the wire. The resultant effect gives a notable boost to the electrical conductivity of the tin wire, though it's still far from the most conductive material available.

Both heated and cooled lead particles can be used to produce conductive tin. You've been contracted to produce a transmutation engine which turns lead scraps into conductive tin wire. So long as these particles are fed to the engine, it should be able to continually produce the desired wire.

My test machine came out to the following.
Cost: 255
Cycles: 218
Area: 69
I'm not much of an optimizer, so I'm certain all of these could be improved upon. I just wanted to try out the custom puzzle editor, and it seems rather enjoyable! I hope you enjoy trying out this puzzle!
