Description
Variable-geometry engine pods allow this craft to switch between takeoff and cruise mode seamlessly. An emergency parachute system has been added due to legal requirements, but its use cases should "never" come up.

(Warranty void if moved)

Usage Notes:

Gear - Toggle between takeoff and cruise mode
Abort - Parachutes
1 - Lock hinges (recommended that you enable autostrut on the engine pods when you're going to be in a certain mode for awhile, disable autostrut to allow movement again)

(It's best to not use staging during flight, except for the initial firing of the takeoff engines. Everything else is handled by other actions, including the fifth engine)

They certainly have their share of bugs, it's a big matter of tinkering with them to find out their limitations

nice, i havent got the dlc but i learn from your description, autostrut thing, when people complain about the robotics parts being clungy or kraken :steamfacepalm:
