Perfect Build Map

Description
A build map designed... well... for building. This map has little (but still some) hight differences/ mountains/ valleys. I have tried to take everything into account when it comes to building while still maintaining the look and feeling of a "normal" map. Please do not mind the awfull road/ traintrack placement. I am kinda a noob in that area.
