NJ Deep Sea ROV Mission Spawn

Spawns my new Deep Sea Drone at the creative base for testing!

Instructions:
1. Spawn mission at creative base.
2. Power on ROV on side panel.
3. Power on the Control Station and Screens.
4. Use hotkeys (3-Dive, 2-Raise, etc as listed on the chair).

As always please comment and report any bugs you find.

I will keep this creation updated where possible and be sure to keep a look out for my upcoming creations!!!!!!!!
