Before you download the file you may need to have one of these app :

WinRAR[www.win-rar.com]
7-ZIP[www.7-zip.org]

1. Download WINED3D FOR WINDOWS

First You need to download WINED3D FOR WINDOWS,
what is WINED3D ?
WINED3D is a DirectX 1-11 to OpenGL wrapper based on WineD3D, which is an almost full implementation of DirectX used in Wine. Even if Windows supports DirectX natively, using WineD3D can enhance backwards compatiblity with older games, especially on Windows 8 and newer that don't support 16 bit screen modes. Another possible use is to emulate unsupported versions of DirectX, or porting DirectX applications to OpenGL without having to rewrite the rendering code.

2. Open The Zip Files

After You download the file open the Zip files.

3. Extract The files

Extract the entire file to :
C:\ProgramData\PopCap Games\Zuma
After it's done you can open the game to see if it's fixed.

WineD3D didn't work for me. I patched the exe with Popcap Patches [github.com] and enabled 640x480 compatibility mode for it, and this let me enable fullscreen+3D.

For those who can enable 3D acceleration but cannot fullscreen, just change the resolution of your display to a lower value.

I did everything as instructed in your guide but it resulted my screen being back with the main menu theme playing in the background. For a while, the error message popped up and informed me that the game stopped working which leaves me no choice but to close the game. I'm not sure if it's my Windows 10 or this graphics card which is a Intel Core i3.
