Download PopCap Patches by The1812 here --> https://github.com/the1812/Popcap-Patches
You only need to download the .exe files (Not the zip ones)

Launch PopcapPatches.exe. It should look like this


Click "Open File", and navigate to your game folder then select ZumasRevenge.exe


Click "Open" then "Patch". Now you should have new .exe called "ZumasRevenge-nosig+vmem+vard.exe"


Make backup for "ZumasRevenge.exe" and rename the patches .exe file to "ZumasRevenge.exe"

Launch Zuma from steam and the option should be enabled by default

Now, for some people including me still can't enable the Hi-Res option and tell that your computer doesn't support the feature. Of course your Full HD monitor and GTX 1050 doesn't support that :)



Here's how to enable the option by changing some value on compat.cfg and registry
Open "compat.cfg" in the game directory with any text editor like notepad++


Go to line 73 inside function "IsHiResSupported", and change the value to "true" and save


Open Registry Editor, and navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\PopCap\ZumasRevenge".
Just double click on HiRes and change the value to "1"


Just launch the game and it will enable the Hi-Res option automatically(for me).
