Yeah arc throwers do make fultons pretty overpowered, don't they?

Description
Adds in a 40% HP or less requirement for Fulton evacuations on hostile units. This will always succeed for bleeding out or dead units (since they have 0 HP in those situations), and the requirement should be ignored for units friendly to XCOM.

Basically meant for playthroughs where guaranteed and ready sources of stun are available to the player.

HP requirement is customizable in the mod's XComGame.ini file.

Thank you very much! Is it possible to expand the mod, and make the same check also on our allies and neutral characters?
Now Fultons can be used on engineers and scientists, which greatly simplifies missions to evacuate them. Such an addition would be very helpful. Thank you in advance!

It's worse when you realize that due to this mod's faulty description, I have been trying to stun Vipers and completely dismantling my mod list in order to figure out exactly why nothing seemed to be working.

(Though if it actually is impossible to get the Arc Throwers to trigger the correct scripts, don't worry about it. I'm just extra frustrated at the amount of hours I put into something that was so simple. This nerf you made is a good thing, especially for certain playstyles.)

Arc Throwers are a different kind of stun that your mod does not actually cover.

Now, if you use a specific other mod that introduces easy stun effects (say, Stun Ammo), then this mod is great. But I would prefer that you actually make your original mod work with arc throwers if you are going to word your description like that.

Hey RealityMachina, since this mod nerfs the Fulton harness, can you add a 1 harness per soldier limit? (the utility secondary weapons mod does this, for instance)

It would be a nerf but moreso it would help 'clean up' the item scrolling when assigning items especially for those of us playing with extended item slots.

great you are back. your mods are the best ! Can you create a mod where severe soldiers have the chance to die when they are in health care in the avenger ?

I thought the arc thrower stun didn't work with the fulton since it was a different type of stun?

Same but I've been using them solely to extract corpses with dot particle effects on them or the lagger lost since I'm playing with increased enemy count and could crash my game at mission complete.
