Actually nope, those effects display if you don't have the dapper pack too.
I have reported to dev already that lots of dappe-only stuff is avaible to everyone but he ignores my reports.

You only need the dlc for the dapper items to actually display

hmm: Arther Dapper Upgrade Pack doesn't require dapper pack.
I don't remember if the vanilla ingredients for this pack require dapper tho.
If the ingredients require dapper pack then you can get dapper upgrade if you use mod which changes it's recipe (I think that actually only cheat mods do that, but cheating one pack and disabling mod isn't problem)

If you don't want to workaround it with other mod, then nope, no alternative recipe.
You can ask the person who requested this mod to ask me for such recipe.

Small chance of t4

You mean separate macerator which drops only T4?
Or add chance (small/average/big) to the current macerator?
Or something like tiered macerators, the higher tier the bigger chance for better loot and smaller for trash?

Just something that gets t4 ores out of stuff
