RWI Discovery - Science Cruiser

Prepare to boldly go where no Space Engineer has gone before!
Captain Jack presents the Venture-Class Heavy Cruiser, R.W.I Discovery!

On the 11th of February 2734, RWI Command picked up a mysterious transmision originating from wild space, while normally it would have been ignored, current head of RWI, Jack Roberts thought it would be wise to investigate and authorised the launch of the vessel, which officially became named "RWI Discovery"

Following months of preparation and work on the Discovery starship, she was finally launched from Icarus shipyards on the 25th June 2734, to begin it’s famous One Year Exploration mission. Under the command of Captain Scott Davies the RWI Discovery would explore the dark regions of space, aiming to find the source of the original mysterious transmission, while peacefully carrying Red Wood’s flag at the same time.

After the 1 year mission was complete, Discovery would return home to RWI Space.

Hey everyone!

I’m super excited to finally have the RWI Discovery on the Steam workshop.
Myself and Mr Venom (Venom415) have worked on this ship for the better part of a year and it really shows.

The project has been a fun one to do and even more so that i am now working on a new series relating to this type of design style, more on that soon.

I hope you all enjoy playing around and most likely blowing up the Discovery. This ship was made for cinematics, so don't expect it to work perfectly in Survival - There is another version out soon.
