Description
Changes the Doomflayer by reducing its speed to 33 and reverting its other stats to what they were before the Amethyst Update.

The net effect is that the Doom Flayer is changed to a different unit that does not compete with the Doomwheel and instead occupies a different, hitherto unoccupied niche within the Skaven roster.

basicly hard nerfed them into being just a way squishier chariot then they were before, while also not being able to push through lines as easily due to a 20% loss of mass.

What did the stat changes do to it in the Amethyst update? I'm too busy to figure it out myself.
