The mission is heavily outdated and i lost access to the file.
Maybe you can use MCC to change the weather?

I had a look, the item is still there and has the same name. It should work fine with the current version of BWMod.

The mod is still there (BWMod), the makers changed something now my mission is out of date.
Lets see if i can update the mission properly or have to remake it.
