Steel Needs Less Lime

Description
[Compatible with release]

Reduces the amount of lime needed to produce steel (5 kg of lime is needed, down from 10 kg)

75 kg iron +20 refined carbon + 5 kg lime = 100 kg of steel

The original lime cost is 10 kilograms if anyone was wondering. There are wikis for Oxygen Not Included that can be quite helpful. If anyone has any difficulty with things, those wikis probably have the answer.

in the description it would be nice if you listed the original lime cost so people didn't have to check how big the difference was but good mod to have
