You will need:
- Robotic Shovel [Farming Skill]
- Lighthouses [Optics Skill] (Optional, Very Recommended)
- Liquid Luck Potion [Novice Potions Skill] (Optional)
- Shrine [Faith Skill] (Optional)
To do:
- Place a bunch of Lighthouses in near Distance so that the effect multiplies
- Drink Liquid Luck Potion (Optional)
- Place and Destroy the Shrine until you will get the Hoarder Buff (Optional)
- Dig everything in the radius of the Lighthouses

Information:
The Robotic shovel can Dig out Plastic and much other things (Coins and Gems Included)
1 Lighthouse increase the items by 50%
And with the Liquid Luck Potion there is more chance to get rare items
The Hoarder Buff will get you extra resources (For not much time)

You can only place a Lighthouse in water. Maybe try that?

P.S.: Hoarder buff from a shrine doubles the yield, if you're greedy. :>
