Description
This is the site of the 1960 World Expo. In the years since, it has seen a decline in visitors. Reluctantly, the city reached an agreement with the Crown Management Group to redevelop the area into a theme park.

The Metropolitan Preservation Society requires that the original World Expo buildings remain in place. Crown Point must prove significant profit from ride tickets, with no loan debts.

• Have a profit from rides of at least $2000
