Tank Steering for Electric Motors

Description

A simple controller to have tank steering when using electric motors.

Just have separate motors for the left and right sides, and hook it all up.

@qbzephyr I haven't tried it myself, but it may work alright. The comment below yours said it works with the clutches.

Works with clutches too! just need to assign right motor to right clutch, and left to left.
