When an admin picks up the player
When player respawns
When admin says !ban, !jail, !kick
CJ says: Ah crap, here we go again.
(steam is censoring s word lol)

Oh. I used the listen server. Thats why it doesn't work for me, but it works only for my friends...

Is that in a gmod server or you created a multiplayer game from singleplayer section? It's only works in servers.
And if this addon is not working in a server is there any script errors?

well, but I can't also hear it sadly. Addon is turned on. My friends can't hear it too.
