A highway roundabout resembling an eye, that can be tuned to accommodate different volumes of traffic.

- Primary connections to two one-way highways. Starting lane count: 2. Maximum lane count: 4
Spacing between roadways allows for two one-way four-lane tollbooths to be placed side by side.
- Secondary connections to city network via unidirectional detours. Starting lane count: 2. Maximum lane count: 6
- Tertiary connections between city districts across the highways via bidirectional roads. Starting lane count: 2. Maximum lane count: 6
- All traffic lights have been removed from intersections

The initial state of the asset is aimed at cities with just a couple of thousand citizens and modest income. Depending on personal preferences or traffic needs, the number of lanes on any of the roads can be changed.
Note that by using the game's built-in road upgrade tool, the number of lanes on the lower tier cannot go beyond 4. Upgrading it to 6 lanes would require mods (e.g. Fine Road Anarchy).
