XCOM Turret Stat Customizer

Description
This is basically thrown together for people who don't like editing the config folder inis.

Currently includes:
XCOM turret stats
XCOM turret gun damage
Shard gauntlet melee damage (default effect: +5 pierce)
Claymore charges (default effect: doubled)

I recommend using the community-made AML to edits the configs here to get them set up how you want.
