p0kiehl's Better Aqueduct

This mod buffs the Aqueduct district to make it more worthwhile to build and boost Tall play a bit.

Mod Effects

• Great People Points: +1 Great Engineer Point
  
• Adjacency: Minor Food adjacency bonus for other districts, and a standard Food adjacency bonus for Rivers and Oases.
  
• Housing: Extra +1 Housing if placed on a tile with at least Charming appeal.
  
• Effects: +1 Food to farms over resources in its city.

All buffs are also applied to the Bath and any modded unique Aqueduct replacement district.

What about Specialists and Trade Routes?
To keep my projects modular and avoid code redundancies, I've not included Specialist or Tradee Route changes in this mod. I've already made mods that buff these aspects of the Aqueduct:

• pokiehl's Improved Specialists. With this mod, Aqueduct gets 2 Specialist slots which provide +3 Food and +1 Production.
  
  
• More District Trade Route Yields. With this mod, cities with Aqueducts get +2 Food for both domestic and international trade routes.
