awesome job with this world - i always found the standard mars start, with some realism options, no music and a few mods (e.g. jetpack nerfing) did a decent job of captured the feeling of being stranded on mars that "The Martian" conveys so well - but you've done a great job of recreating the actual place and the objectives - i've only just begun but am really excited to explore everything that you've created here - especially one of the signals on my hud that i suspect may take a while to reach (avoiding spoilers :-))

Hey, just starting this scenario, and I'm a fairly new player looking for a 'story' because the default game is just.. empty. Anyway, is there some way to get a list of objectives in the game as to what am I supposed to do? Not as a whole, but sort of in a step by step way?

Because right now I'm just guessing that I have to repair the antenna on the top, and in order to do that, I have to build an assembler(and then a beacon or something to unlock the antenna). Is that right? Is there something obvious I'm missing as to what am I supposed to do or do I have to guess the objectives based on the environment?

Please reply if you see this, I'm finding this scenario very intriguing :)

Thanks! I'll look into that and see if i can't get it fixed or replace it in the save.

Before I forget, the sloped window at the colony is hanging onto the piston/drill. The piston will not extend.

It's a solid little start but there's also mystery content with no paper trail which could just as easily come about randomly through NPC mods and it wouldn't change much. 'For me' (just prefacing this) it would be a rather lonely playthrough with no known payoff without going into the entities list or stumbling into things. Still, it's a nice little starter.

My Mystery survival map is probably more your speed, more to discover, more to follow, at least 4-5x more than this scenario, but many still want more. I never designed them as full length campaigns, just intros into a world. Give some purpose and reason.

Some story leading to Earth would be nice. It might seem obvious but with many little story based world/scenario you follow the paper trail and stop when you run out. The last bit of paper trail is on Mars and leads no further than that last step.

does it seem unfinished like the previous build?
like where it told us to go to that moon base and then it just seemed to be over with not even a lcd that said congrats you got here.
was very disipointing the 1st play when we got to the end as an objective

Hope this new version is not like that.

We got to this point.
get to moon base Theta, once we got here there is nothing in terms of lcds or anything to explain why we were sent here.
is this unfinished or did i miss something?

also the secret to discover, are you refering to
the moon base theta, or the large headquarters on mars?

or is the secret still something else i dident mention?
