[FIXED] Auto Level Changers

[This version is fixed to work correctly with the Servers and More Mod. That mod disables the cheif ever claiming a office which makes it impossible to research this mods items. This mod changes the requirements for the research to make it need just the warden.] Adds 3 new utility objects, one for promoting well behaved prisoners and one for demoting misbehaving prisoners. Each can by customized by changing in-game settings.


Auto-Promote:
A utility to promote prisoners to lower level security after behaving for a set amount of hours.

This should be placed somewhere that prisoners often visit.
The length of time a prisoner must behave to be promoted can be changed, and the security levels that are eligible to be promoted can be changed.


Auto-Demote:
A utility to demote prisoners to higher level security after being sent to Solitary to many times within a time frame.

This should be placed at the entrance to your solitary cells.
Each security level can have a custom number of infractions before being demoted. If a prisoner avoids being sent to solitary for a set number of hours then his infraction count will be reset.


Clean Slate:
A utility to set all new prisoners to a set security level.
