do you mean, that the gearbox is still labelled as having 3:1 gearing, or that the actual speed is the same both ways?
because the game will always say 3:1 even if its 1:3
there are two ways of doing that:
You could hook your gearboxes up to a or gate and assign multiple gearbox outputs from the controller to multiple gearboxes.
OR, my personal choice:
Connect every gearbox to one of the outputs, but change the internal wiring of the controller, on the far right side, there is a unit that checks the gear value and toggles the gearboxes, just add your or gates right there, to make for example a value of 1 activate gearbox output 1 and 2.

But I did not understand how to use the Gearbox Easy Controller component to control the 4 gearbox that will allow 6 gears?
I can only connect for example output 1 to gear 1. After that there is no way to connect output 2 to gear 1 and 2 for example.
It helped me better understand it though, thanks man.
